Nick has held leadership roles across government, NGO, and commercial sectors. At Hato Hone St John, he improved ambulance operations and patient care. At Rocket Lab, he contributed to New Zealand’s commercial space program, focusing on risk management and regulatory compliance. In Civil Defence Emergency Management, he provided strategic leadership during emergencies, enhancing community resilience.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Applied Management, and a Diploma of Nautical Science. He also serves in the New Zealand Army’s Territorial Forces, applying advanced logistical planning to complex operations.

Committed to servant leadership, Nick empowers individuals and teams to thrive professionally and personally. He is passionate about making a positive impact and inspiring others to reach their full potential. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and supports charities through advisory roles including a Wellington-based non-profit policy think tank
